Dolce & Gabbana is by far the ultimate spring/summer brand. There’s nothing more fitted for a hot weather vacation than a gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana colorful dress. It’s iconic and oozes elegance and femininity.
It seems that this season, the fashion world has been bitten by the D&G bug. Upscale and more affordable brands are replicating this brand’s summer vibes. Although the lemon print has been particularly famous the last few season, the big floral pattern is just as on trend.
It’s not only about the print but it’s also about the colors. Yellow, white, green and blue are the essence of the D&G brand’s feel. This Mediterranean palette has become its signature. In order to replicate that sense of the brand’s soul, these colors are essential.
Although D&G designs stunning timeless piece their prices are quite hefty. Thankfully, there are many more affordable options out there. As soon as I saw this Asos dress, I immediately got it for the D&G feel. From the prints to the colors, even the shape, it gives the illusion of a D&G dress, with a much friendlier price tag. The off the shoulder cut and ankle length replicate the grace found the original designs. The big bold print, although a little out of my comfort zone, is perfect for the spring.
Whether it’s an authentic D&G dress or a more affordable option, the D&G vibe is a trend not to be missed this season, especially if you’re planning a warm-weather getaway.
